Full-time employee recruitment and try&hire service
How we recruit?
During project planning phase we focus on your expectations, specific character of a trade and competitive surrounding. Each project is divided into stages and their results are directly presented to you. Please notice that the stages mentioned below are only generally outlined, they are individually adapted to your expectations and requirements.
STAGE I
Precise definition of expectations and preparation of requirement specification (job description and candidate profile). Agreement of cooperation conditions and signing the documents that begin realization of the project.
STAGE II
Specification of fields, methods and sources for the search of potential employees. Each recruitment process has its own specific character, hence we apply various methods of the candidate search related to a trade, post or region.
STAGE III
Verification of collected applications and potential candidates using the methods established in Stage II. At the present stage we prepare a list of candidates who meet your expectations and will be recommended for a meeting with your company’s representative. This stage finishes with drawing up a report concerning selected candidates.
STAGE IV
Arranging the place and setting up the date of final interviews with your company’s representative. Presenting results to the candidates. Fulfillment of all necessary formalities concerning employee’s employment, signing the documents that close the project and settlement of accounts. In case of try&hire service, after fixed period during which an employee is employed by the agency, it is you who decide whether he/she meets your expectations and whether you are interested in further cooperation.
